If you believe someone is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Coachable support is not an emergency or clinical service.

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to reset a password. Email-code sign-in codes expire and can be resent from the app. If your access is sponsored and the account is not recognized, confirm that you are using the eligible work email or ask your sponsoring organization to verify eligibility.

To permanently remove an account, follow the account deletion instructions.

Coachable only imports connected health data after you enable a connection and grant the requested permission. In Coachable, open the Wearables or Health Connections screen to sync or disconnect a provider.

• On iPhone, manage Coachable’s access in the Health app or iOS Settings.
• On Android, manage Coachable’s access in Health Connect permissions.
• For Oura, Garmin, WHOOP, or another connected service, you may also revoke access from that service’s account settings.

Revoking access stops future collection from that source. To delete previously imported data stored by Coachable, delete your Coachable account or submit a privacy request.

Camera and photo access is used only when you choose meal-photo logging. Push notification permission supports optional workout accountability and reminders. You can deny or revoke these permissions in device settings and continue using features that do not need them.
